LATEST PROJECT: PR Consultant, Arts Council’s ‘Take it away on Tour’
E-consultancy released an interesting bit of research on Friday called the Online PR Industry Benchmarking Report. Based on a survey of 300 PR and marketing professionals, it is essentially the first in the UK to focus entirely on online PR.

Have finally got my hands on David Meerman Scott’s The New Rules of Marketing & PR, and it hasn’t disappointed. I say ‘finally’ out of laziness more than anything else - it’s been in the shops for a year or so but my library has only just managed to get a couple of copies in. [...]

Online PR is still not an exact science by any means, and it can often be unclear where an offline campaign stops and a digital one begins.
Came across an interesting article at PR Blogger. In a nutshell, it highlights the increasingly blurred dividing line between PR and marketing. Should search engine optimisation, for example, be filed under “online PR” or “online marketing”?
